Personally, I prefer to buy natural materials, and try to stay away from anything, "lab", "enhanced", or "dyed" unless I really and truly like the color. Shipping & Handling All domestic and international packages are shipped via United States Post Office using their Priority Flat Rate packaging. All transactions will be done through the shop on Esty.com and or Paypal. International buyers: I am not responsible for any taxes or duty you may have to pay upon receipt. I will not mark your package as a gift unless it is a gift and going to a different address other than yours. All packages are also sent out within two business days, my day job schedule and lack of lake effect snow permitting. Returns & Exchanges I will accept returns within 30 days for a full refund less shipping. Refund will not be given until I receive the item(s) in the mail. Between 30 and 60 days I will exchange for the same amount. Please provide me with the Paypal transaction ID, the name on your Paypal account, and the date of purchase. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON FUNDRAISING ITEMS! Why? Because as soon as I am paid, the money goes to the person or charity receiving said fundraising. I do not keep the money. Warranty Warranty is 30 days for refund on jewelry, but I will do repairs for life as long as you don't lose any of the pieces! Sales Tax Only New York State residents at live shows are charged tax, at a rate of 8.00%. This may change in the near future when my online store adds a tax capability to its system (I believe it's in the planning stages). Until then, I get to pay for your taxes.
