Do you make your own materials?
Not yet, though I'm sure I'll get around to it eventually. I do enjoy shopping on eBay and other craft communities for handmade beads or unique pendants, everything else I buy mostly wholesale.
You don't seem to have too much...are you going to add more types of jewelry?
Yes, as I learn to make everything I will be adding more products. I'm a bit of a slow learner. I plan expand beyond jewelry as well. The reason I opened this store up with very little product "on the shelves" is mainly to fundraise for my friend Nicole to help pay for her recent double-lung transplant.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, however, I will only ship via the United States Postal Service. However, if you are shopping from outside the country, I would not want you to miss out on something you want. However, I will not mark anything as a gift unless you tell me if it's a bonafide gift. Please be honest. I pay my taxes.
Why are there no returns/exchanges/refunds on Nicole's fundraising items?
While Etsy acts as my shopping cart, Paypal is the final destination. Once I am paid for one of her fundraising pieces I immediately donate $10 (as noted) to her directly via Paypal. I make NO profit on these items whatsoever, and donate my time towards making them. The three dollars that is left over is merely to put towards more supplies so that I can keep creating fundraising pieces for her.
Do you do wholesale/bulk/custom orders?
Wholesale and/or bulk for resale, I will not do. Need five necklaces for bridesmaids? Yes, in that case I will do bulk orders within reason (and then I want Happy Customer Action Shots!). Pricing and the such can be arranged. As for custom orders, please see my Commissions page for more details.
Can you refer me to your web designer?
Sure! Hi! It's me! I did all the graphics and coding for this page. I am a woman of many talents. :)
Can you accept a personal check or money order?
Checks, sort of. I will not accept a paper check, however if you have a Paypal account attached to your checking account I can be paid by e-check. As for money orders, once you check out through Etsy, it will give you my address. Please only send United States Postal Service or Chase Bank money orders. Any other money orders will take as long to clear as a check, and I will not send out your order until it clears.
What if you are out of stock of an item when I order it?
Thanks to Etsy's wonderful coding, this will never happen. I do not lie about my quantities.
Will you re-make any of your one of a kind creations.?
Some of them I cannot remake, as the beads were one of a kind. Depending on the item, I might make something similar, but if you want a direct copy of a gift or a commission, I will not remake those.
